These terms apply to repair services provided by Crowntech AC Repairs Ltd (company no. 15699176).
Every repair is quoted as a fixed price before any work begins. The price you approve is the price you pay — no hourly rates or hidden extras.
All repairs carry a 12-month written guarantee covering both parts and labour. The guarantee covers the repaired fault; unrelated faults arising later are quoted separately.
We offer 90-minute arrival windows. If you need to rearrange, please give us as much notice as possible.
We repair electric appliances only and do not work on gas appliances.
